Notaito
Your thoughts, finding their place.
Notaito is a quiet notebook. You write notes the way they come, in one running list, and each one is filed under the project it belongs to. There is nothing to sort by hand and no folders to maintain.
What it does
Notes you write on the left appear on the right, grouped by project and by topic inside each project. You can mark notes done, set them aside, copy them, and export your whole notebook whenever you like.
Optional AI sorting
Notaito can use AI to decide which project a note belongs to. It is off until you switch it on in Settings, and it only ever sees the notes being sorted and your project names.
Works with your AI assistant
You can connect Claude, Codex or another AI assistant to your notebook. It can file a note when work has to wait (“waiting until Thursday”) and add notes you ask it to capture. It can search your notes only if you tick that box when you connect it. You approve each app with your Google sign-in and can disconnect it at any time.
Signing in
You sign in with your Google account. Notaito reads only your name and email address, to tell you apart from other people and keep your notebook private to you. It never reads your mail, files, contacts or anything else in your Google account.
Notaito is free while it is in early access. Sign in with Google to start your notebook.
